New disney land cyprus

So many people are asking me… Is Disney land really coming to Cyprus???

So after plenty of research it seems there really is a strong possibility that there will be a Disney like theme park in Cyprus. Should the plan go ahead it would be completed in 2012.

It is reported to be situated in the South east part of the country, close to Larnaca international airport, which has recently undergone renovation to expand the airport. This is due to be finished in 2010 or late 2009.

Protaras and Ayia Napa being the main tourist attractions of Cyprus the theme park is supposedly situated with 40minutes of the areas by car and is said to bring approximately half a million more tourists to Cyprus.

With some lovely golf courses, beautiful beaches, amazing climate and a new theme park (Disney land type) there will be plenty to offer tourists coming to this beautiful island.

It is said that the complex will cost approximately 800 million euros and should create more than 3000 jobs.

So lets watch this space…

I think the juniour euro-vision is a great starting place for new talent… It gives them a sence of achievement… even if they dont win or dont go through its something they will never forget. As a child i recorded tapes for marks and Spencer and early learning center, they were great children’s song and the writer Rodger was amazing, recording them was something i will never forget and although i was young and didnt become “famous” it made me proud at the time…

If you were in Cyprus in 2007you would have known that Cyprus won the Junior euro-vision song contest… Yep thats correct, we have a budding young star upon us… and he really is talented! So who am i???

So many websites ask me to describe myself… so the best way to describe myself is to describe what i do best… once you know what i do you will know who i am too…. well that’s what i am thinking anyway… :)

Starting with where i am so lucky to live… I am based in the south east coast of Cyprus, along the beautiful Protaras coastline. My home is between Paralimni, Protaras and Ayia Napa and I one of these people who is lucky to wake up to sunshine 95% of the time…
